We have refined our process quality control, monitored the whole process of product design and development, supplier management, manufacturing and product warehousing with our outstanding quality assurance system, focused on strengthening the monitoring and measurement of raw materials, heat treatment, grinding and other key quality factors and processes, and integrated hardware facilities and software conditions to manufacture products that satisfy our customers.

We have the world’s most advanced machining, heat treatment, experimental, inspection and measurement equipment, as well as complete testing means to fully guarantee the process capacity and control ability of our testing links.

We have built a sound quality management system and knowledge base to optimize the combination of manufacturing technology and processes, and to realize the dynamic analysis and early warning of key data in the manufacturing process.

We have introduced zero defect management, FMEA preventive failure analysis, RCA quality closed-loop management and other advanced concepts and tools in the field of quality management to gradually build a perfect preventive quality management system.
