Continuous communication, attentive transmission

On August 15th, 2013, the first large mining height all straight tooth transmission swinging arm in the world jointly developed by China Drive Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd. and Shenhua Shendong Coal Group Corporation Co., Ltd. finished testing in the equipment maintaining center of Shenhua Shendong Coal Group Corporation Co., Ltd. On September 2nd, the swinging arm was put into use in the fully mechanized mining work in Daliuta coal mine. From the pilot production on September 2nd till now, the swinging arm has mined 57 meters and explored 13.2 thousand tons of raw coal with good operating condition .

The large mining height all straight tooth transmission swinging arm was put into use in Shendong Daliuta coal mine

The coal mining machine is a large complex system which combined machinery, electric and hydraulic pressure. Because of poor working condition, the more security and reliability for it is required. The inner structure of the swinging arm of the imported coal mining machine that was applied in the 7 meters large mining height working platform of Shendong Shenhua was complicated and the planetary head was easy to be damaged. Once it is damaged, there will be large area damaged and the gear will be totally smashed. It will spend too much to be repaird and hard to be replaced.

In order to improve the reliability of the swinging arm of the coal mining machine, Shendong Shenhua Coal Technology Research Institute and China Drive Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd. took one year to finish researching the large mining height all straight tooth transmission swinging arm. The equipment adopts five-level straight tooth transmission with simple structure and stable operation performance. In the use, it only needs basic maintenance like replacing the lubricating oil periodically and sampling inspection. It is expected to realize non-maintenance of gear, bearing and sealing, and greatly reduce the failure rate and labor intensity. The swinging arm is a breakthrough of China Drive Heavy Equipment in the development of coal machinery field, and also the initiate in the world wide coal technology equipment.
