The type of ZJ70DBS winch gearboxes are the core equipments of oil rig hoisting systems, the power is 1000kW, maximum overload output torque is 121kN.m, with features of drill down, casing, drill press and drill feed control, etc. The kinds of new winch gearboxes for oil field are successfully developed and manufactured by R & D personnel of our company through repeated simulation calculation, structural optimization and improvements of material and heat treatment process. The gearboxes have many features of high precision, safety coefficient, smooth transmission, low noise and so on and can effectively transfer power to the winch drum shaft.

The type of JX50DBS turntable gearboxes will be delivered later, the role of which is to rotate the drilling while well drilling to provide sufficient power. The gearboxes are used Gleason bevel gear teeth, the gear precision is 6. The JX235.1 angle gearboxes are connected drilling machines and also are important parts of power transmission, which are used a pair of orthogonal vertical bevel gears to drive, the power can be changed the direction through the bevel gears and output from sprocket of output shafts.
