Continuous communication, attentive transmission

Entrusted by Jiangsu Economic and Information Technology Commission, Nanjing Economic and Information Technology Commission held the appraisal meeting for production of F150 Reducer for Single Screw extruder, produced by NGC Ningjia Company. The experts from Southeast University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics and Nanjing university of Science and Technology attended the appraisal meeting.

The experts in meeting listened to the product trial-production report and technical summary from NGC, inspected the drawings, process, tooling, and other technical documentations, saw about the designing, manufacturing, testing process and production field, and in the end, they all came to the agreement, that the technology of product had reached to the international advanced level; the feed back from the users were also very good; and the equipments, testing instruments, QC system can meet the requirement of batch production. Therefore, the Appraisal Committee agreed that this new products are qualified to production. 

F150 reducer for single screw extruder is designed by NGC Ningjia Company independently; it is designed with flange bracket and spline coupling, which improves the interchangeability of the components. This type of gearboxes are featured with excellent transmission capability, high cost performance, energy saving and environmental protection due to its new drive shaft arrangement, optimal shafting positioning structure, special cooler and lubrication system.
