From September 15 to 17, 2026, the 24th International Exhibition on Rubber Technology (RubberTech China 2026) took place at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre.

Exhibiting under the theme "GearSight: Intelligent Connectivity, AI Prediction, Cost Reduction, and Efficiency Improvement", Nanjing High Speed Gear Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (NGC) highlighted its advanced manufacturing technologies and commitment to eco-friendly, energy-saving practices. During the event, the NGC team actively engaged with both domestic and international customers through multiple rounds of in-depth business discussions. Technical personnel provided live demonstrations of the GearSight intelligent platform, which transforms traditional mechanical equipment into cyber-physical systems tailored for smart factories. By analyzing monitoring data through a diagnostic expert database, the platform enables remote fault diagnosis and remaining useful life assessment for transmission equipment. Diagnostic results can then be pushed to the smart factory's management system via the cloud platform. Based on data-driven diagnostic conclusions and plant O&M strategies, NGC can customize and implement maintenance plans for its customers. This predictive maintenance approach helps rubber enterprises proactively identify potential equipment hazards and minimize losses caused by unplanned downtime.
