On October 28, the 2025 Industrial Fair Network, the annual highlight of the global industrial sector, officially kicked off at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. The MGDS-VP series vertical mill permanent magnet gear drive system (for coal mills) is a fully integrated electromechanical product developed by NGC for coal vertical mill systems in the power and metallurgical industries. The system combines a permanent magnet motor, gear transmission, and a variable frequency control system, leveraging the advantages of the high efficiency of the permanent magnet motor, the high torque density ratio of the gear transmission, and the intelligent control of the variable frequency system, satisfying all operating requirements for coal vertical mill systems. Compared with traditional drive systems, the vertical mill permanent magnet gear drive system improves efficiency by over 8%, reduces weight by 15%, decreases floor space by 50%, and cuts maintenance by 80%, fully embodying NGC's product philosophy of "Reliability, Efficiency, Sustainability, and Added Value."
