On October 28, 2025, the 21st China Coal & Mining Expo, with a theme of "Intelligence Inspiring the Future with the Empowerment of New Quality" grandly opened in Beijing. Nanjing High Speed & Accurate Gear (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "NGC") showcased its core offerings, including the MGDS series permanent magnet gear drive system, intelligent GearSight products, BHP series cutting gearboxes, and JS(MPS) series scraper conveyor gearboxes. With a "smart + green" dual-drive technology design, NGC demonstrated its innovative breakthroughs in the field of mining drive technology.

This exhibition attracted over 1,200 enterprises from 17 countries and regions, and featured for the first time a massive 160,000-square-meter exhibition space with "dual-pavilion linkage". It was expected to draw an audience of more than 150,000 visitors.

At the NGC booth, the MGDS-S series scraper conveyor permanent magnet gear drive system and the MGDS-B series belt conveyor permanent magnet gear drive system stole the spotlight. These integrated electromechanical products, developed specifically for the harsh working conditions in coal mines, have enhanced drive efficiency by 8%, reduced starting current by 50%, and decreased maintenance workload by 60% through the application of core technologies such as torque fluctuation optimization and topological optimization. Compared with permanent magnet direct-drive systems, the MGDS series of permanent magnet-gear drive systems also boast significant advantages, such as smaller size and lighter weight, while offering greater benefits for the current industry trend of equipment upsizing.

Intelligent upgrades were another core highlight of the exhibition. NGC's intelligent GearSight products integrate multi-dimensional data perception systems for vibration, temperature, and oil, enabling early detection of equipment failures and precise prediction of service life through AI and expert diagnostics. This transforms traditional "passive maintenance" into "proactive early warning." As China's coal mines accelerate their intelligent transformation, NGC leverages these smart products to provide customers with more intelligent drive systems and maintenance services, offering a robust drive foundation for cost reduction, efficiency enhancement, and low-carbon transformation in the coal industry.

At the exhibition site, the cutting gearboxes for integrated roadheader-bolter machines and horizontal-axis hard-rock roadheaders used for rapid roadway excavation also drew significant attention. These product series employ advanced technologies such as multi-objective gear tooth modification and planetary transmission load sharing, enabling stable operation with high load-bearing capacity and low vibration in harsh environments.

On the first day of the exhibition, NGC signed cooperation intent agreements with several large energy enterprises regarding the upgrading of intelligent drive systems. The high-quality development of the coal industry requires the support of core drive technologies. With over 50 years of deep involvement in the drive industry, the NGC products showcased at this exhibition have been installed in large coal enterprises across the country. Looking ahead, NGC will continue to use its outstanding transmission technologies to drive innovation and provide crucial support for China's coal industry to develop in higher-end, more intelligent, and greener directions, offering a "Chinese solution" for the high-quality development of the global coal industry.
