On February 12, 2025, the Jinhu County New-Type Industrialization Promotion Conference and Spring Festival Entrepreneurs' Friendship Event were held at the County Civic Center. Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of the City, and Secretary of the County Committee He Baoxiang, County Head Xu Jiaye, Director of the Standing Committee of the County’s People's Congress Wu Peikun, and Chairman of the County Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Zhang Rongping, among other leaders, gathered with entrepreneurs to share friendship and discuss development ideas. Hu Jichun, Chairman of NGC Group, was invited to attend the event.

Since the NGC project was established in Jinhu in 2021, the company has always closely linked its development with that of Huai'an and Jinhu; NGC has actively promoted project construction and completion to achieve full production capacity. This has made a positive contribution to the high-quality development of the local economy, and society in general. In particular, in recent years we have aligned the company's development strategy with the Municipal Party Committee and Government's pursuit of "striving for excellence and surpassing others" and, in combination with our corporate spirit of "Climb up the summit step by step, Strive for perfection bit by bit" further transformed this idea into a practical orientation for the development of the NGC (Huai'an) Company. This has helped the company in continuously climbing higher and pursuing excellence, making it a "chain leader" in Jinhu's high-end equipment manufacturing industry.

Looking back over NGC’s four-year development journey in Huai’an, with the care and support of the Party committees and governments at all levels, numerous high-performance and highly reliable wind turbine gearboxes have been manufactured on local production lines and delivered on time. The company's 100,000th main gearbox of wind turbine was also successfully launched in Jinhu. In 2024, NGC (Huai'an) Company achieved new highs in terms of industrial output value and revenue, generating tax revenues of 132 million yuan, with a year-on-year increase as high as 139%, obtaining full recognition and affirmation from the local government.

This year marks the fifth year since NGC settled in Jinhu. At the "first meeting of the new year," Chairman Hu Jichun said, "we have closely followed the trend of high-quality development in Huai'an and, in accordance with Jinhu’s deployment requirements for promoting new-type industrialization, we have actively carried out all corporate production and business tasks, reaching new levels in such indicators as industrial output value and revenue. We are determined to fulfill the responsibility of being a 'chain leader' enterprise and, with the support of a fully committed and vigorous state, we will spare no effort to accelerate, empower, and enhance efficiency."
