From September 24th to 27th, 2024, the WindEnergy Hamburg exhibition was held at the Hamburg Messe und Congress. The theme of this exhibition was "Driving the energy transition together!"
Showcasing Innovative Products and Technologies
At this exhibition, NGC showcased its latest innovative products and cutting-edge technologies, as well as highly reliable gearbox solutions designed for the global wind energy industry.
Innovation Drives High-Quality Development
NGC is always committed to promoting technological progress and high-quality development in the wind energy industry.
The Company has successfully developed and mass produced a 6-18 MW "three-in-one" drive train gearbox integrating shaft systems, gearboxes and generators, with a torque density of 220-270+ Nm/kg.
NGC has mastered the core technology of sliding bearings for wind energy gearboxes and has been the main driver of the promotion and industrialization of sliding bearings in the industry.
As a well-known manufacturer of offshore wind energy gearboxes, the Company has mass produced 8.5-18 MW offshore wind energy gearboxes, while a prototype of the 20MW offshore wind energy gearbox has also been delivered. Several models of 20+MW offshore wind energy gearboxes are under development.
International Business, Localized Services
NGC continues to optimize its production and service coverage, actively promoting its globalization strategy.
The Company is present in a number of key markets, creating a full life cycle service network that covers the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions, further consolidating and expanding its share and influence in the global market.
Green Manufacturing, Sustainable Development
As a practitioner of green intelligent manufacturing, NGC fully integrates the ESG (environment, society and governance) sustainable development concept into its core management strategy, while also implementing it into global business and operational practices.
Committed to green manufacturing, the Group’s three provincial-level green factories are engaged in the fields of "green R&D, green production, green procurement, and green logistics packaging." At the same time, the Group has passed verification certification for greenhouse gas emissions and product carbon footprint by TÜV SÜD Süddeutschland Group. NGC has also run carbon management projects with upstream companies, with the principle of "as much as possible, scientifically accounted for", in order to promote the coordinated carbon reduction in the industrial value chain.
NGC will continue to work hand in hand with all parties to jointly address global climate change and promote the sustainable development of the industry.
