NGC Makes an Outstanding Appearance at the China International Rubber Technology Exhibition

From September 19th to 21st, 2024, the 22nd China International Rubber Technology Exhibition was held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. The exhibition featured over 800 exhibitors, covering an area of 56,000 square meters. Exhibitors came from nearly 30 countries and regions around the world, representing a variety of industries covering rubber machinery and equipment, rubber chemicals, rubber raw materials, tires, non-tire rubber products, and rubber recycling. It is a popular annual event for operators at all levels of the rubber industry.

NGC is a professional gearbox manufacturing company, and has always been forging ahead since the production of its very first hard-tooth mixer gearbox in 1987, continuously innovating and introducing new products. Since 2022, NGC has been independently developing the MGDS-M series of permanent magnet gear drive systems for mixers. The first 2500kW product has already been running smoothly for 7,000 hours at client site, earning praise and recognition from customers. At this exhibition, NGC showcased its 3MW mixer permanent magnet gear drive system. NGC welcomed all visitors to its booth for further information.

NGC's newly developed MGDS-M series mixer permanent magnet-gear drive system incorporates a variety of technologies, including electromechanical system torque fluctuation optimization, NVH control, efficiency enhancement, and topological optimization. This enables it to leverage the high efficiency of permanent magnet motors, high torque density ratio of gear transmission, and intelligent control of frequency conversion systems. The system features high efficiency, high reliability, and a high torque density ratio, satisfying all operating requirements of mixers.
