Continuous communication, attentive transmission

From June 29 to July 1, the “First GBA International Rail Transit Forum & Exhibition” and the “Second Exhibition of Independent Innovations in China’s Urban Rail Transit Equipment” were held in Guangzhou. The rail business subsidiary of NGC Group - Nanjing High Speed & Accurate Rail Transportation Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as the Company) attended the event.

With the theme of “A Green, Intelligent Rail Transit Innovation Industry Embarking on a High-Quality Path of Leap-frog Development”, the event featured an indoor exhibition area of 20,000 ㎡ and an outdoor exhibition area of 2,000 ㎡. The exhibition provided one-stop services for both exhibitors and visitors, including product displays, industrial discussion, technical exchanges and interaction with visitors.

As the first themed exhibition of urban railways held in Guangzhou, the event attracted over 200 exhibitors and nearly 20,000 visitors from around the world. Making the most of this opportunity, the Company was able to showcase its star products and development plan.

Star products

Serialized standard subway gearbox (BZDT-120B)

The serialized standard subway gearbox (BZDT-120B) displayed at the event is a gearbox developed by NGC for standard subways in China. It is able to absorb shock and significantly reduce noise thanks to its multi-stage modification technology. With NGC’s many years of design and application experience, the product has combined such advantages as standardized part design, modular component design and serialized product design.

Intercity rail transit gearbox (PSH370-01)

The intercity rail transit gearbox (PSH370-01) was customized based on customer requirements. The gearbox body is made of high-strength aluminum alloy, connected by a pie-style suspend and bogie. The product features a single-stage parallel-axis helical gear transmission structure and gear modification technology to ensure stability and noise-reduction for vehicles, even if they are started frequently. An anti-flying stone structure is set at the lower part of the gearbox body, in order to avoid flying stones hitting the gearbox during running of the vehicle.

Rail transit coupling (C7290280)

The rail transit coupling developed by the NGC team (C7290280) attracted a lot of visitors on its debut at the exhibition. The product is a homemade serialized rail transit coupling developed for standard Chinese subways. Its displacement capacity satisfies the requirements of standardized subway vehicles with a speed of 80km/h-120km/h. Every performance indicator of the product has passed rigorous testing by the China Academy of Railway Sciences.

Outstanding achievements

These gearboxes have been installed in subway lines in over 30 countries and regions, including China, North America, South America, Europe, Southeast Asia and South Africa. The products have been well received by customers.
