As a core supporting enterprise, the turbine's key transmission system features NGC's fully integrated drivetrain gearbox platform product designed for 20MW-class applications. This gearbox was presented with the "Best Drivetrain Gold Award" by WIND POWER MONTHLY in 2024 and represents a significant application of sliding bearing technology in the global ultra-high-power offshore wind gearbox sector.

Specifically designed for high-power offshore wind turbines, the product features a fully integrated rigid connection structure that combines multi-planet load-balancing technology with sliding bearing technology. It achieves a significant weight reduction compared to traditional designs, along with optimized transmission efficiency. Its innovative sealing structure and segmented maintenance design not only adapt to the complex high-salinity offshore environment, ensuring outstanding equipment reliability, but also reduce the difficulty of offshore operation and maintenance, serving as a key support for stable equipment operation.

Looking ahead, NGC will continue to uphold its innovative philosophy, focusing on technological upgrades and product R&D for deep-sea and far-offshore wind energy equipment. By consistently strengthening its core technological strengths, NGC aims to empower the global offshore wind industry with higher-performance and more reliable transmission solutions.
