Love Built by Little Hearts: The Warmth of Children's Day -- NGC Parent-Child Charity Bazaar Concludes with Great Success

On the eve of Children's Day, the air was filled with warmth. On the afternoon of May 31, NGC Group teamed up with the Amity Foundation to host a parent-child charity bazaar at Nanjing Hexi Longfor Street. Employees and their children became little charity vendors, spreading warmth in a fun-filled market with creative pop-up stalls — letting childhood innocence and public good meet halfway, giving this Children's Day an extra bit of warmth and depth. The event wrapped up beautifully amid laughter, good cheer, and the passing of love from heart to heart.

Centered on the creative concept of "Charity + Fun for Kids," the event wove together holiday bonding, parent-child growth, and social good. In the lead-up, the company opened a call for volunteers across all members of staff and the response was overwhelming. All 30 charity stalls were snapped up in no time. Participating families carefully curated previously loved items in excellent condition: picture books, puzzle toys, handmade crafts, decorative pendants, blind-box collectibles, and more, making sure every item was clean, intact, and full of heart. Each one carried the genuine goodwill of the children and became a touching sight at the joy-filled market.

The scene was buzzing with energy and tender moments. Shedding their usual shyness, the kids turned into enthusiastic little vendors. Under their parents' guidance, they set up stalls, put up price tags, called out to passersby, introduced their wares, negotiated with customers, and handled the entire sales and checkout process on their own. From hesitant at first to confident by the end, they grew through hands-on experience, developing their communication and problem-solving skills while truly understanding the value of work and the joy of giving. Many children walked away with heartwarming takeaways: "Sharing my stuff with others and helping elderly people — it feels so good!" and "Setting up the stall was a bit hard, but using my own strength to spread love made this the most meaningful Children's Day ever." Those innocent, sincere words spoke volumes about the goodness that exists in children's hearts — this special charity experience will become a cherished memory of their childhood.

All proceeds from the bazaar will be donated to the Amity Foundation's "Good Neighbor Knocks on the Door" program, a community-based elderly care initiative that turns small acts of childhood kindness into a shield of warmth for our seniors. The program targets left-behind seniors, seniors living alone, and elderly people in need, addressing real-life challenges: hidden safety hazards at home, lack of daily care, emotional loneliness, and having no one to turn to in emergencies. It has built a new community eldercare model rooted in "mutual neighborly aid, charity empowerment, and professional safeguarding." Guided by the philosophy of "don't wait to be asked — reach out first," the program engages community volunteers, charitable organizations, and professional social workers to deliver regular door-to-door visits, home safety checks, daily life assistance, companionship, and mini-wish fulfillment. It fills the existing service gaps in solo elderly care, reducing the risks of living alone. At the same time, it nurtures a culture of neighborly love and intergenerational care, weaving warm bonds through the community so that elderly residents feel "supported, cared for, and accompanied", building up a steady line of defense so that no one spends their golden years alone.

As the organizer and driving force behind this event, NGC Group remains committed to corporate social responsibility and actively invests in public welfare with genuine warmth. Partnering with the Amity Foundation to create this parent-child charity platform was not just a heartwarming way to enrich employees' family life and strengthen parent-child bonds, it was also a living lesson in compassion and social responsibility. Employees gave up their free time to join their children in this cause, leading by example and teaching through action. They showed their kids what it means to be kind, to give, and to care, reflecting the warm, generous, and socially conscious spirit of the NGC family, where a culture of giving that bridges workplace and home.

A small market with a big heart. Children doing good, shrouded in warmth. This Children's Day charity bazaar let kids experience work, learn to share, discover gratitude, and put kindness into practice, planting the seeds of compassion deep inside their young hearts. It also showed how a company can contribute to the greater good of society and support eldercare initiatives. Looking ahead, NGC Group will continue to fulfill its social responsibilities, creating more diverse and heartfelt public welfare programs, partnering with charitable platforms to spread positive energy, and inspiring all employees and their families to keep doing good, turning charity into a habit and keeping kindness flowing.
