The cleaning process is a bottleneck among all the manufacturing processes. On- time delivery is essential elements to meet the demands of customers and also is an important indicator to ensure our products in good quality.

In order to guarantee on-time delivery, promote the Company’s credibility and reputation, improve the young employees’ awareness of service and build up a new atmosphere among the young workers, Nanjing High Speed Gear Manufacturing Co., Ltd. suggested that the young workers of the company should play a vanguard and exemplary roles in centralized cleaning work of those spare parts before assembly without pay.

After the proposal sent out, which was received an enthusiastic response by the young employees from the branch factories of No.1, No.2, No.3 and heat treatment , and relative departments, such as storage and purchasing departments. The volunteers weared gloves, picked up sand papers and started the repeated and hard work in such a rare high temperature environment.

The volunteers did the cleaning work in their spare times in order not to affect their regular job. Under the atmosphere of youthful enthusiasm, the young volunteers worked actively to service for the company. In their hearts, as being young volunteers, it is a proud reputation and is like a youth symphony. With the hard dedication of young volunteers for nearly a whole month, which can ensure the assembly work finished successfully.
