Concentrate the Power of Team and Build the Dream of Development——The career training for the 2013 new employed graduates of China Transmission

On July 16th, nearly 90 fresh graduates of 2013 who joined a career training organized by the Human Resource Department of China Transmission in Nan Shan Lake in Jiangning District.
After the new recruits entered into their job position, they should experience the profound change from college to workplace. During this period, either a shift in thinking or a change in the method will bring different effect and efficiency to work.
The group leaders always attached importance to the pre-service training for the college students how to correctly walk into their career. In order to complete the transition from college students to career people, and promote their teamwork ability, cohesion and centripetal force, the HR department in conjunction with the relevant professional training institution tailored a systematic training plan for them. Especially in the career training, each time when they united and cooperated with each other, when they challenged themselves and hugged each other, when they succeeded and shared with each other, the new employees got more of a understanding, more of a friendship, and more of a trust.
The career training included “Ice-breaking”session, which aimed to promote the friendly communication between the unfamiliar trainees;the Broken- Bridge session, which aimed to encourage the trainees to accept the challenges under pressure, the Trust Fall session, which aimed to actively break unfamiliarity and separation and take the initiative to introduce oneself and build up trust and duties between the trainees, the Double Decoding session, which aimed to improve work division and cooperation among the team members and promote innovative thinking, the Survival Wall session, which aimed to teach us to make rational use of resources and break barriers perseveringly and the Letter To Myself session, which helped new staffs to make a career plan for their future works and challenges.
Through carefully organized by the staffs and actively participated by the new recruits, the career training received the expected results.The trainees even in the pouring rains from time to time and muggy weather condition showed their struggling spirits and achieved very good results. Meanwhile through this training, they also felt that China Transmission is such a big and warm family. We hope they can quickly integrate into our team, take on their job roles, make contributions for the company and realize their own value with their innovative, qualified and high efficient work style.
