In order to enhance safety awareness, strengthen standardizing operations, improve the technical level of workers and create a top-notch atmosphere . From the beginning of 2013, the crane control of technology contests have been held by High Accurate company. On January 18 the contest was successfully held with great supported by the leadership of the company and the enthusiastic participation of the departments and employees. Which had two stages of semi-final and final contest, involving all crane workers and directors of High Accurate and Ningkai Companies, total 118 players.

The final contest were carried out between two groups of crane workers and directors, which contained theory test and practical operation. The players had done their best to show their advanced skills , good safety awareness and standardizing operating practices. After fierce competition, Liu Jing from No 7 plant and Tang Qiang from No.3 plant finished out in the final and separately awarded championship of two groups. And there wre also three workers from No. 5 plant into the list of award winners, which showed their strong overal strength. The standard gestures given by workers form the No. 3 plant deeply impressed to the audience and the judges on the spot.

After the competition, the meeting to exchange the experience was held by the Human Resources Department and the Youth League of the High Accurate company. All the participants were asked to attend it on the spot to communicate with each other, such as discussing how to lift parts according to the standard, observe the demonstration excises, check themselves to find out any problems and improve themselves commonly.

The skills contest was a lively training courses, an interesting precess to learn from each other and also is a valuable opportunity to look for shortcomings,get rid of bad habits and strengthen awareness. Through this activity, the majority of employees were inspired with working enthusiasm, improved their operating regularly and strengthened their safety awareness. It formed a good atmosphere for the all employees in our company to learn from each other, help each other and improve their professional and comprehensive quality.
