Since 2011, there has been a very big difference in external economic environment and a series of regulations regarding disclosure information of accounting, finance, taxation and stock exchange have been promulgated. Along with the company’s further development of new undertaking and the increase of multiple projects, the objective environment has a more and more strict requirements to financial employees.
To improve the accomplishment and working efficiency of the financial employees, the Financial Department of NGC group organized a special training for the financial personnel. The training was given by the experts and leaders from Deloitte. A team-discussion regarding “Notices to Expense Audit”, “Quality of Financial Personnel” and “How to Decompress Financial Personnel” was held after the training.
Group management also paid high attention to this training, Hu Yueming, the chairman and general manager of the group delivered a simple speech in the very beginning. He described the progress of the new undertaking and the development blueprint of the group, and he hoped that the trainees could make a good use of this opportunity to improve themselves and establish a stronger foundation for China Transmission.
During the training, Zhou Jingjia, CFO of NGC Group talked about the “Quality of Financial Personnel” from the view of regulation and human nature; Lv Rongkuang, CFO of China Transmission made a speech about “Disclosure items of a listed Company”, effectively widened the eye view of the audience. “How to cooperate with tax inspection”, a speech addressed by Liu Daming, Senior Financial also won lots of applause.
This training achieved a very good response, especially the roll play section: given some conflicting circumstances, such as the contradiction of accountant and business man about the expense audit, personal vacation colliding with the work arrangement, differing with tax inspectors and auditors, etc, two trainees of each team played the roll to show their strain capacity; further more, via this game, the financial personnel had a better understanding to the other department, which made it easier for them to cooperate with other colleagues. The improvisational performance out of the game gained lots of applause and laughter. Learning while laughing-an interesting and active way to enhance the training effect.
