Geared for a Better Future

Since this year, the Youth League Committee of Nanjing High Accurate Drive Equipment Manufacturing Group Co.,Ltd has led three branch committees and their organizations at various levels from Nanjing High Speed, Nanjing High Speed & Accurate and Nanjing GaoTe Companies, based on production promotion and staff inspiration, to combine the youth league work with enterprise’s production, management and creativity. The series activities whose theme is “Transmitting Power Side by Side, Initiating New Voyage Hand by Hand” have been started. As one of activities, The tug of war competition was hold and attended by youth league members organized by Nanjing High Speed, Nanjing High Speed & Accurate and Nanjing GaoTe Companies.

The general manager, Mr. Chen Yongdao and vice general managers Mr. Chen Liguo as well as Mr. Guo Yukang from Nanjing High Speed & Accurate Company and leaders of party committee, labour union and youth league committee of Group came to the site and watched the match with great interest.

The general manager assistant, Mr. Chen Zhenxing gave a speech for this activity. He encouraged young workers to grow themselves actively, forge ahead, take self improvement and work hard as main power to contribute their force to the corporation’s development. After the intense competition for two hours, representative teams of marine company, inspection department of sixth workshop and after-service department got the superior prize. The representative team of fourth workshop is the third place holder and the team of seventh workshop is the runner-up. The representative team of Ningkai Company won the champion. By this activity, the youth league members expressed that they would continuously enhance their cooperation and collaboration for the company’s future development, based on the “self improvement and working hard” spirit.
