The activity started on schedule at the desired location. The attendants were divided into two teams for proceeding matches including offensive and defensive match, annihilation battle, and other competitions. All members in both teams are fully involved in these reality battles.

Stimulated battles reflect solidarity, help, cooperation, innovation, courage, persistence, responsibility, and so on. Carrying these previous qualities, young employees are integrating into NGC, and becoming valuable resource.

Graduates of 2009 in Gaote Company came from different famous universities in China; they’ve been through several rough selections and then became one of NGC employee. The principle of our HR is to put the employee in the position which is suitable for him/her mostly. In about one year of probation, the newly recruited employees were trained comprehensively, which created a solid foundation for the growing of independent employees and development of company.
