Geared for a Better Future

In this pleasant spring, “China Transmission” Mountain Climbing Race was started in Fangshan Mountain on 9 April, 2011. 48 teams built up by 720 athletes from the subsidiaries, together with the race planners and cheering squad gathered together at the bottom of the mountain.

At the sound of starting pistol, our athletes began their competition towards the top of the mountain. Along with the mountain steps gradually extending to a path, it became more steep and winding. Our athletes became slow and separated. However, after only 11 minutes, we had our first male player arrive at the top, then the second, third. The first 80 players arrived almost one after another. After that, the female players began their race. They were as good as the male players. Some of them are new comers. During the race, they competed with each other and also helped each other. After the last player arrived, they shouted for joy. The teams from No. 1, No. 3, the Heat Treatment branch factory and other seven groups won the top 10 group award. Mr. Zhong Shaolei, Mr. Shan Xu,Mr. Li Yongshuai and other seventeen players won the top 20 single awards of Male race. Ms. Zeng Yujing, Ms. Li Xiaofang, Ms. Xu Jingfeng and other seventeen players won the top 20 single awards of Female Race.

In order to enjoy the joy brought by the spring and sports, climbing race has become NGC’s annual festival. This year, the place of our climbing race was right beside our Group Company, which had special meaning for us. The united spirits that NGC people showed in the race will add more power to NGC’s second venture.
