Enhanting May is a beautiful season for the blooming flowers..on May 15, nearly 200 young employees from the different departments of NGC gathered together in the Slender West Lake front to exchange their work and life experience during the year. This kind of activity will be held by the group every May. It gives the young employees to know each other, and also provide a platform for their exchange about their work in the old days and their plan for the future work.
Due to the requirement of our enterprise development and the construction of new production bases,the number of young employees under the age of 28 in our Group is increased over 2100, which accounts for 1/3 of total employees, and most of them works in the production lines. The new blood has played an important role in the development of China Transmission. From 2010 to 2011, under the leading and support of the group leders,a series of youth activities containing skill traning, team work, quality expanding and cultural life have been carried on among the departments, workshops and teams.
Various kinds of skill contests give them the opportunities to improve themselves, and to exchange with each other.

What’s more, there will be quality expanding trainings for the young employees every year, and this training is very popular with the young people, especially the new comers due to its colorful training items, The purpose of this traning is to exploit potentialities, promote the personal growth and upgrade the cohesive force of the group.
