Recently, a selection activity of “Famous, Excellent &New Mechanic-electric Product Catalogue” was held by China Machinery Industry Quality Management Association and MEI Net of China Machinery Industry Federation together. FD4094 wind turbine gearbox, produced by Nanjing High Speed Gear Manufacturing Co., Ltd (a subsidiary of NGC Group) was selected into the catalogue.
FD4094 type wind turbine gearbox is a type of speed increasing gearbox for large power offshore wind turbines, which is designed for 3.6MW offshore double-fed wind generators. It is successfully developed out after the 3MW wind turbine gearbox is supplied to the customer in batch. The gearbox is designed according to latest GL Wind Generator Certification Rules, and the control to gear strength, precision, material and heat treatment is also based on ISO6336 or DIN3990 Standards. It is also proved that the machine weight, volume and comprehensive performance of the gearbox all achieve the international advanced level.
