Continuous communication, attentive transmission

While the company is pushing forward the mining machine product development and the adjustment of the existing product structure, the quality meeting of Gaote Company and Zhong-chuan Heavy Duty Company was held attended by the company leaders and key employees from February 14th to15th in the company’s training classroom for deepening the quality management and reinforcing the product quality.

the general manager of the company attended the meeting and gave an important speech on four aspects including the quality is the life of an enterprise, quality is the insurance of the benefit, quality is the drive force of development and quality is the future of an enterprise. He stressed that we should consider quality as important as a human life and with this kind of attitude we can make survive and development and seize the market.

The meeting was chaired by Mr. Bian Weibin, the vice general manager. Mr. Chen Jianxin, the director of quality management department made a conclusion on the quality work of the company in 2013.

The participants listened carefully to the speech made by Mr. Li and discussed in small groups with the warm atmosphere, who boldly and enthusiastically made suggestions for the work of the company and provided a lot of valuable advice.

The leaders of the company listened carefully to the opinions given by the employees and had discussion on the methods of implementation and improvement. Finally, they have made clearly the new points of 2014 quality work and the implement ways, and have raised new working targets in 2014, which laid a solid foundation for the further development of the mining products.
